>>27213232I'd go so far as to say that the vast majority of problems either company has in the last two years is the fault of the talents, not any of the policies, decisions or staff. There're a few questionable decisions like how Lulu's case was handled or Cover losing everything in the China exit but even those come off as incompetence more than anything. No company wants to just lose revenue.
If you have to blame them for anything, it's poor EN hiring practices compared to other branches. But this is nothing compared to management just underpaying their top talents, overworking them, then kicking them out and trying to replace them when they fought back. That's real black company material.
