Honestly, I think it might be more of a cultural difference with karaoke culture in Asia vs. the west, with western vtubers sticking more towards the stereotypical streamer activities since they're more comfortable with it.
Do you guys think there's any other cultural differences that cause this split in behavior/activities in the west vs. east?
