Being a dumpster fire just means there is a constant struggle between different parts and pieces of the group and staff as a whole; there is a serious problem with the staff and internal communication and there has been for a long time. If there was any proper communication between event/promotion staff, talent managers, and the talents themselves, we'd never be getting cases where someone like Kanata is being pulled into an "emergency meeting" when she should be at home streaming (doing her primary, visible, job), which then resulted in her needing to tweet like

It's unfortunate, but this is just how Cover has always been and they really don't seem to improving on that part at all (other than starting to let talents go on health leave after the cases of Marine/Pekora/Suisei etc with their voices).
