I don't grow overly attached to streamers because I know one day it will come to an end, and I'd hate to feel the pain some do when their favourite creators come to said inevitable ends.
Some people simply move on even if they have been doing something for years, whether creative differences, lack of interest, boredom, wanting new challenges you can't get doing the same thing, etc, or just straight up dislike and hatred of whatever it is you are doing.
The latter is less common, but it does happen. I've seen it happen regularly in the acting industries particularly, even with people that are top tier and well loved and had passion for acting. Robert Downey Jr has a massive love-hate relationship with acting and has spoken of it regularly, for example.
Sometimes something just snaps inside and that passion turns to hate. It sucks, I've been there myself.
