Hey /vt/ I hope you have listened to this song about 20 times and you hate it already. I listened over 10 covers before listening to the original and I was blown away by how good it sounds, even more if we compare it to the weak covers out there.
I think the reason no one can cover is singing skill (duh) but also vocal skill, as in voice acting. The singer just does too many things during the song for anyone to keep up.
