Of all the IDs I've watched I think RIsu, Ollie and Reine do the best of catering to both crowds, typically repeating what they say in both languages, Risu does it less but she's not stupid, she probably realises that a significant percentage of her viewers aren't ID. She does collabs and weeklies like A15 where she speaks 100% ID, if management really try and fuck with this then they're even more retarded than I already assumed.
