Out of those, only Chima is even remotely good. Azki is the next best and I've loved her music for years in her other life, but next to Chima there's not even a candle visible, Chima is too powerful.
That little fucker has one hell of a pair of lungs on her.
The rest of them are a whole level below that, but still fantastic vocal range and control.
I'm glad that Akane chick is getting some recognition, she had been uploading Sing With Me shorts on Youtube for a while.

Funnily enough I unironically think that Mori has accumulated more accolades than most of the other names in this thread combined, so Hololive pretty easily takes the money. Sure you could measure by objective singing skill, but not even the elitists in /vsingers/ can come up with a non-controversial list. Out of the ones in the OP pic I think Suisei has the combination of skill + voice + presence to be #1, but her performance during The Last Frontier seemed off today.
