Gura has visibly on stream failed to complete that halloween mansion with a guide and weeks of time to do it while working off stream. Halloween is almost back and she still isn't done. Calli had that whole paying taxes to both countries because shes dumb.
All the other girls are similar, they do work hard but they are really bad at this stuff which makes them waste time.
They really need an overseer or someone to do the work for them because they don't know what they're doing which is why Kiara almost failed getting her birthday concert until that one fan animator stepped up.
But most likely the reason Hololive management wont help is because they probably got into some kind of drama with them (Calli trying to herd her fans to her rm when the lean bit happen, Kiara and Omega, Kronii needing management to force her to stream only to not do it, Gura airing their dirty laundry to hundreds of thousands of people when she doesn't get her way etc) They probably want to fire them but cant so they just decided to do the bare minimum for the most profit and washed their hands with both gens.
