I say she's still basically independent but if you want to use the word in it's absolute meaning (semantics in my view) then no, I suppose she's not an indie.
Either way it doesn't matter.
As long as Kson can still do what she wants and has no restrictions, it doesn't matter if she's truly independent or not, what matters is that she's telling us nothing will change. She'll still have her fun and that's what matters if you like Kson for Kson, not for her being independent or not.
