>>27483337I'm a casual viewer, so I think it's best if I give my opinion as someone with no preference for Niji or Holo
Overall... The NijiEN fandom, as an anon said earlier, is almost identical to Kpop fandom. People extremely deluded towards the Liver/Viewer relationship; Livers themselves not educating fans about their misconduct; toxicity with outsiders doing collabs with livers; Fujoshis (Which wouldn't be a problem... If they weren't the really crazy and engaged ones). These are just some of the problems
In addition, there is a recurring series of dramas occurring in sequence that fans, instead of trying to point out the problem to those involved, just try to exempt their favorite Livers from blame. The Vox x Reimu drama is an example of this, Reimu has received numerous death and hate threats simply for pulling a prank during a stream from Vox - who had done the same in the same type of stream, but both with the position reversed with the Liver being Reimu and the person doing the prank being Vox.
A bit out of Luxiem. You also have the case of Yugo crying during the stream because he was drunk, it's a pretty heavy stream. The mood of it was very depressing. You have Finana's recent drama and so on. NijiEN has great Livers. But their general lack of management and restraint of the Livers themselves are things that, even for me as a casual viewer, really leave a growing bad name. NijiEN is turning into a bubble even in Nijisanji itself, to paraphrase the NijiJP viewer who is seeing his favorite Livers graduating one after another
These are all points that I, as a casual viewer, see from the situation. Perhaps a viewer from Nijisanji itself, perhaps from EN itself who is more aware and less fervent or one from the JP branch can give more examples or their point of view
