Pekora, for whatever reason, has repeatedly refused any and all olive branches. She even likes AkuPeko art or Pekora art, while Pekora refuses to even acknowledge she exists. She refused to even say Aqua's name during the HoloALT trailer ("Ah, meido-san").
This isn't a "BOTH SIDES" situation because only one side holds a grudge.
