During an especially stressful few weeks Polka did a member's ASMR stream a while back where she actually started crying onstream, but she kept going and cuddling the mic while talking all about how much she loved her fans, which kind of cemented the menhera reputation. She's doing a lot better now though since that was an especially stressful time for her.
She also did a whole cover of a song about a girl claiming she's NOT menhera, so she's also kind of playing into the joke.
