If you want to have an actual discussion while the stream is going,
discord is a better place since there are no stupid captchas and you can engage with others at a much higher pace.
The most likely reason you would talk about it here then will be something that the anonymity will be appreciated, which in that case it probably is something controversial where you can't talk about it anywhere else and that doesn't happen in most streams (which is a good thing).
