There is also PhaseConnect, Animare and Idol (the new Isrealian company).
And a couple of others. For a cursory overview of which ones exist (or used to), just check the virtualyoutuber wikia. I am not saying what you find on there is great, but it's a good starting point to get at least some further information.

NoriPro is a company. At least most of the wording on the website seems to suggest it is.

I do want to watch tsunderia for Lisa and maybe Purin but the fact the company falls apart a lot makes me question if I should just wait and see if fishman buys them out and merges tsun into PC.

Pippa is in PhaseConnect and yes she is good. Fishman lets her away with so much but is still careful on approving certain collabs or not in case it puts the company and the talent in a bad light.
