Ame has an official 3D model, Pomu doesn't yet. Going off the Niji 3D queue, Pomu should be getting hers in a few months, but we'll have to see if Covid lockdowns prevent EN from going to Japan to have their 3D debuts

Likely want to avoid stepping on peoples toes. Many livers have been waiting for a long time to have their 3D debuts because the pandemic caused a massive setback. Pomu streaming with a high-ish quality 3D model would be a bit disrespectful to those who have been waiting for their debuts, and it would also detract from Pomu having a proper 3D debut when it's Lazulight's turn.

Why you think HoloMyth did Walfie chibis and then thoses weird style models for dancing? They aren't allowed to do a proper 3D model.
3D Debut are supposed to be a special event, the japanese can't have a employees doing it on their own, that diminishes the glamour of the 3D pipeline
so nijiEN also had to went the chibi route and that expanded to ID and KR recently

Why not just let the girls commission their own 3d if they wanted, no queue. Don't need other members getting butt hurt for not getting one yet, because they can always buy it themselves if they want it sooner.
