So they always had a fresh supply to keep releasing new members every 2-3 months. But this time the auditions for the next wave didn't start until after Noctyx debuted so they can't keep to that 2-3 months schedule.
Looking at the previous auditions and how long it took from auditions being posted on twitter to new members coming out you have:
167 days - Lazulight
113 days - Ethyria
185 days - Luxiem
Which gives an expected debut of anywhere between 6th July earliest and 16th September latest. But Ethyria were maybe fast compared to the others because their models were made prior to them even auditioning as they were shown in the advertisement while Lazulight and Luxiem were not and took longer. So maybe 160-190 days is more realistic. August-September.
