Hard to believe that the talents themselves have to handle the logistics of making merch, which is the perfect job for managers to handle. Also, the talents usually have 3D live during their birthdays and anniversaries, and those cost money and I wouldn't believe cover wouldn't want to get a cut of the merch sales.
The benefit of buying merch over superchats is that you don't have to give a portion of that money to Susan and you actually get something in return.
