It's relative.
The existence of Taiwan is only controversial to those uncritically gobbling up CCP propaganda.
Just about everyone in the US likes Taiwan. Some will avoid mentioning them for the sake of Chinese trade, but that's it.
...Except "leftists" who jumped into the twilight zone beyond the horseshoe, but EVERYONE hates those idiots.
I would imagine Japan has no problem with Taiwan either.
>also means you think it's okay for the girls to start talking aboutHololive intends to keep a relatively above-board, neutral, "seiso" image, politics is right out.
But the level of controversy surrounding an issue is very important.
>trans lives matterTrans discussion is a MINEFIELD.
>fuck the policeObviously baits some.
But as they exist in the US, police do need a rework.
That doesn't imply blame, nor a lack of blame, in any person or group.
It's just saying "please do better".
>capitalism is a diseaseAgain, blatant bait.
But implying that it can be *improved*, without saying that it is bad or good right now, shouldn't be too dramatic.
Although the end-of-history types will still take issue.
