I unironically think it's a good name, Ouro sounds like hour and Kronii sounds like chronos, which means time in Greek. It plays into her being the Warden of Time without being TOO on the nose.

Most EN chuuba names feel retarded/silly in some way, there's a reason they're called such as Calli/Mori, Ame, Ina. Usually people pick something that's short and easy to pronounce/remember, and the name itself becomes secondary.
Also Pomu Rainpuff is the cutest EN name. You might forget the Rainpuff part but at least it's not in the way and sounds a lot better than something like "Ninomae Inanis"
