I cannot comment on the alllegations that he/she is a man. However, I'd like to ask this to whoever it concerns: Lily is NOT your little sister, nor is she even a little girl. It's RP by definition. If you cannot accept she may or may not be a man, why are you OK with him/her being a woman? You're living a lie by default either way. Either be confortable with that or look elsewhere. It makes no sense either to bully lily's fans or to be concerned as one.
