Her views on nihilism are consistent and come off as genuine beliefs of hers, but she doesn't seem to bring it up on stream for any reason other than to get worried laughs out of her viewers. Whatever she may believe in, it most likely doesn't govern her life in any significant way because she's really not a deep thinker at all. She might be embarrassed from the simple truth that she's solely driven in life by the pure personal enjoyment of what she does and no other reason, so she hides behind a nihilistic front to try to sell herself as more introspective than she really is.
At most she's only a performative doomer but I wouldn't count on it. She just wants to have fun on a moment-to-moment basis and can't be assed to worry about what will ultimately come of her lifetime efforts.
