With Coco it seemed like something she wanted to do, above all else. Also I never really liked her whorish comedy style. Feels like a better fit in Vshoujo. I guess some people found it subversive and refreshing in Hololive but to me it always just seemed too low-brow and on-the-nose in a "sex is the punchline" way.
Rushia I never liked, but I guess I do understand the appeal. She was a virtual girlfriend to a bunch of men who threw money at her. That side of Hololive always felt kind of creepy and predatory to me. So Rushia going down in flames because she mishandled a minor slip-up that isn't even uncommon (Gura had a similar thing happen early on and she just shrugged it off), but going to the point of breaking her NDA because of her overreaction and desire to rehabilitate her hopelessly tarnished image, I think she made her own bed.
For Sana, well, frankly I think she had it coming to her. The complete lack of effort she invested in Hololive was a slap in the face to everyone else who puts in the work and actually rises to the occasion. A once-in-a-lifetime opportunity fell in her lap and she just completely failed to make anything out of it. It's a good example of "use it or lose it." I think if they'd just let Sana continue in Hololive it would have permanently lowered the bar for everyone else and set a bad precedent. With her gone, it's less likely someone in EN3 will take her kind of laid-back attitude towards streaming. Most people who don't show up to work lose their jobs, so I don't know why anyone expects Sana to be different.
