she talked about character IP rights when she clarified that she owned her own character, and again, talking about the fucking chief operating officer multiple times clearly implies that they're a company to anyone with a quarter of a brain (which apparently excludes /vt/ autists hellbent on misinterpreting everything she says to paint her / her agency in the worst possible light)
She clearly doesn’t mean the Vshojo is isn’t a legal company but that it works more like a union where vtubers pay a percent of their earnings to gain access to a central source of tech, legal, and other support like a company might have. But vshojo doesn’t set boundaries to their work or try to restrict them in any way. It’s more like a partnership between two entities rather than a classic boss-salaried employee relationship.
