Taking into account that getting Marine and Fubuki involved was his idea, I really hope Hideous Babar stays far away from hololive. Although considering he was a huge factor in getting pretty much all the PS3 Tales games localized, maybe his skillset involving worldwide reach could be useful, but I doubt cover is willing to work with someone who appears to be extremely volatile and may or may not be involved in some yabs with Zestiria

As someone who plays FGO religiously, I wouldn't call DW a good developer, not at all. FGO gameplay is drab, the updates are slow, and we still don't have the option to skip the long NP animations. They just got lucky the head of the company knew Takeuchi and use the childhood friend card to give them the Fate license.
