She likes the idea of being the center of attention from an org, indefinitely, without understanding why orgs may not want to put all their eggs in one basket.
Hololive does a pretty good job of making everyone feel fresh and non-stagnant, sometimes seemingly showing preference to early gen talents over their newer ones with regards to updated models, clothes, and being the face of the company. They are not forgotten, lost to the nether by the fresh new talent as Pippa seems to imply here.
The important thing to note here is that Niji, Holo, and Vshojo all successfully produce something with each of their respective company strategies with Nij and Vshojo at the extreme ends of each. All are viable and successful.
