I have no idea why you think that, after having three generations of HoloJP member with incomplete teams, you will see someone attached to a group in such a hamfisted way. The only exception to this unwritten rule is JP0, and that's because none of them were a group to begin with but needed a group to bond with.
IRyS already has the CHAD sub unit, and they rarely even make that happen. She just needs to form a sub unit with a group that actually commits to collabs more often. And no, Council isn't it.
