holoen has more to lose in collabs where niji has something to gain, such is the nature of collabing.
ollieselen was blocked, yes but that fact selen announced it means nijien and holoid staff knew about the collab beforehand, holoen staff wouldve been the only ones who were out of the loop that wouldve cared because jp doesnt care that much about the foreign branches actions that much on there own.
so it is more likely that holoen staff went over holoid's staffs heads and asked for upper management to force holoid staff to cancel it.
