Context for the design, but apparently throughout her Twitcasts Mike had asked her gachi what they liked in a Vtuber model and this looks like a combination of the most popular choices- white hair, lewd, short, dichromatic ect. She essentially had her gachi build her a model based on their preferences without them knowing.
