Chicken hate was all the rage back then, so Pippa thought she could score a few cheap easy "bbbased!"-points by wink wink signalling to her chan followers that she's totally hip to all muh memes and board culture ("look look, I shit on the same people you shit on, aren't I just so ~relatable~ teehee?!"). And now that chicken hate hasn't been cool and trendy on this board for a long while now, Pippa hasn't been mentioning Kiara at all - sure, part of that may be because she doesn't want to unnecessarily bite the beehive twice after the first time already had more consequences than she initially thought, but the larger indication is that it was just a throwaway drive-by shitpost anyway with not much deeper meaning in the first place (if "hating Kiara" was an actual deeply-held belief of hers, she wouldn't have shut up so easily about it and instead continued to be a seething schizo anti in public).
And another evidence for that explanation is that in a recent stream she was even somewhat praising Kiara, for her tenacity and stuff, again indicating that there either wasn't really any actual hate in the first place and it was just a throwaway edgy joke, or at least that she's gotten smart enough that even she knows that more shitting on a Holo and doxxwhistling is bad for business and brings the unwanted kind of attention (especially when her actual long-term goal is sucking up and leeching Holo enough to get an eventual collab out of it, so she wants to put any roadblocks to that behind her and not have a potential Veibae-type yab standing in the way of that)
