No anon, because it makes good business sense, especially for this type of company. If we go by rumors Tempus/EN3 ran into an issue where they wanted to scout a few people and were rejected, and thats not a good thing. It means your company isn't desirable for some reason. A talent pool that you can grab on hand is also a scouting pool. You can put notes on what they said in the initial auditions and contact them later on and see if they are still interested,or "accidentally" headhunt if they joined another company.
There could also be a change in how they give out models and that Cover is working more with the Vtubers to get better fitting models for them (Kronii was in tears over her, Kiara was unhappy at first. HoloX, Uproar and ID3 all feel more appropiate for the vtuber in question then what it was in the past, especially Gamma, Kobo, Lui, and Koyori. It's a bit too uncanny)
Its also a good thing to bring up in stockholder meetings. And you know what the most beneficial gain from this is?
If they do want to start a new gen its much much much more easier, instead of going through 1000's of applications in a month period they can just grab from the pool.
