That's actually an interesting niche, I like the idea.
She probably won't be hugely popular (since Xbox isn't very popular in Japan either), but if she's good enough as a streamer then she should be able to get a decently sized fanbase.

I heard it came from a time when the spokesman for xbox was asked by a capcom star dev "What is your companies philosophy on games."meaning,do they want games as art, games to be fun, to they want to focus on quality? The spokesperson didn't have an answer, then the capcom dev left and wouldn't get any games there.

The perspective on gaming would be completely different in Japan which should be obvious. It's not that they hate Xbox, it's that they don't even notice it exists. The other consoles are all local to them and Westerners are importing them. As are many of the classic games. They don't need your games but you all wants theirs.
