Most of her colleagues in holoEN aren't knowledgeable on how to deal with this head on in the moment. So they seemed like introverts compared to her.
Meanwhile, Kiara can, to some capacity, accept criticism to those values. Especially if she's provided with proof and ways to change that she can work on. But maybe due to her immaturity and the fickle spergy nature of holo's fanbase, that's not always the case.
