even if Tempus doesn't know all of stars, they'll learn more because stars WILL collab with Tempus
Temmer and Aru will absolutely reach out to them and the two of them are at least well versed enough in English to hold a decent conversation even if Tempus doesn't know Japanese
Rio's a social butterfly and just started round 2 of his eigo phase
Gamma wants to make as many connections in holo as he can
Uyu and Shogun, on the one hand they don't really reach out much, but on the other hand they're also pretty good at english
Fuma's not bad at English and likes hanging out with people in holo too, plus has social butterfly Ollie as a branch to connect him to others if he needs it
The ones I can't see reaching out too much that they might not know are Miyabi, Shien, and Oga, and that's only IF Tempus doesn't have people that know Japanese
