I know that the staff is not forcing them to work all those hours and that streaming might not be considered a job, but wouldn't it be healthier and a better example (especially to children) to distribute those hours in the week?
I personally cannot be doing the same activity all day and I take short breaks (and a few longer ones) to stretch my legs and rest my eyes.
