>>28332044Yeah but this particular job is. We saw that managers are indeed the prime numberfags obsessed over this shit in a leak with yugo talking to one.
The whole "lol who caaares just enjoy the content" attitude is a very, very VERY deliberate cover to hide lesser successes and not hurt the girl's feelings if people are openly talking about it, but also to not give any indications of being egotistical over success if they do have it. For each gen being a team of coworkers it definitely cuts away at their image of confidence and a happy perfect unity if they're openly aware some of them are flops hanging out next to successes and that the successes aren't just being used to try to prop up the flops.
Even Vox/Reimu thing, I think, may be at the very least encouraged by management, if not outright arranged - because Reimu tanked hard and they thought Vox was a juggernaut. So Reimu's manager would specifically be like "oh no don't be shy to talk to Vox in fact please do it all you want and on stream" etc coordinated with Vox's manager going "other girls might come chat you up on-stream and it's fine, play it cool we don't mind and it won't affect your audience at all." Even so, months of that and Reimu's still a flop and Vox fell on his sword over trying to justify her leeching. Because Niji management are fucking Indians who inherently do not understand not just Westerners but vtubers/the vtuber audience and were given power over shit they weren't actually qualified for because Anycolor doesn't have anyone (heh) who actually fucking spoke both JP and English fluently when setting up their EN branch.
