Nazuna will tell you when she's going to stream. She will set schedules and post them publicly. You will know regardless of Twitch's functionality.
You will have access to VODs without issue.
I've never needed or wanted a 30-minute heads-up from Twitch. I've never needed or wanted the ability to pause a livestream and then watch it like a video while the stream is still going.
These feel like such weird things to get hung up over.
