I was actually planning on making a summary as well but work went into overdrive. Thankfully looks like someone's doing god's work. Anyway, instead, I'll just give a real quick TL for the accompanying behind-the-scenes video that Pekora uploaded on her channel.

Pekora mentions that they have to do the MC part within 30 seconds, to which Korone is slightly regretful since the three of them going as a group is rare. Pekora agrees and wanted to make it longer as well. They discuss the details and Polka confirms if they'll be taking pictures in those 30 seconds
Polka: Well, in those 30 seconds, are going to take pictures?
Pekora: Yes! We want to take pictures. Their group was rare after all.
Polka: So we're gonna do the photo session but Peko-chan will go all "we have to hurry!" but the we'll be linger instead.
Pekora: Yes and Pekora will try to drive [both of] you away
Polka: Right so we'll be driven away...
Korone: ...and while we're being pushed off-screen, I'll go say something like "stupiiiiiid!"
<Polka does a bit of an impression while Pekora is agreeing>
Korone: Oh, let's go with "Stupid Rabbit!"
Pekora: Okay! With this, let's go on standby. Let's go!
Polka: Ah, is this going to be fine? Somehow I'm feeling anxious.
<As they're going off screen> Korone: "Stupid Rabbit."
In the live itself, they do it as discussed with the exception that Korone was really late in saying "Stupid rabbit". It's why Pekora yells out "Osoi!" at the end of their MC part.
