So for the sake of my fellow stinky try hards:
In Dolphin, open the graphics settings, and activate the "Load Custom Textures" option under the Advanced tab.
Now navigate to your Dolphin User directory. For Slippy this is likely the "User" directly in the directory of the emulator itself, if not there, it's in your Documents folder with the name "Dolphin Emulator"
In that directory, create a "Load" directory and in that one create a "GALE01" directory.
Next, download these two files
