From what I've seen probably Gamma. Ina is very good as well, it comes down to her same face and seeing her mori drawing for that one collab song with all the new years kimono's she can't into drawing feet. Essentially they're both around the same ball park and it's more of your pick your poison type of thing. Iofi has improved a lot but she still needs to work on her fundamentals and keep drawing because she's still lower mid tier. She has soul though.

i unironically like the older/"simple" look iofi has typically (mainly from reading lots of SoL manga where this is a fairly common style, i.e. ykk) but ina and gamma are just way better at their respective styles
