Omega was Ina's old FFXIV Guildmaster, but he got fired a few months back. Who Omega is now is a mystery, but signs point to Jenma now being the one in charge of Hololive English and therefore presumably Omega.

That's a dumb rrat. You can search for Ina's FC including the FC leader. There's no indication that it's Omega. That only came about because Omega supposedly suggested EN play FFXIV during a time where tons of large content creators were streaming it.
