Just open both channels and you'll instantly see what's up. Because StarsEN haven't put out their stream waiting room, they only have only 1 content folder - Uploads which is shown everywhere by default. NijiEn already put out their stream waiting rooms, so they have several different content folders and the one with clips in is not shown by default. Hence the smaller views - users don't see uploaded clips on the channels home page and on the videos page by default.
