Buff/debuff games are not the way they are because of the entertainment value they bring, it's simply popularity. Minecraft gets the best numbers because it's the most popular game in the world, so people are inclined to click on the stream for that reason alone, but most teamates would not say that Minecraft is her best game series.

A stream like this is not tailored to growth in the first place per se, it's mostly for her currently existing fans. She will bring in new eyes every time she streams stuff like Apex or a new game that has some novelty to it. There's room for both.
