2/3 of the iLuna did everything possble to market themselves as zoomer bait with constant horny baiting and LGBTQ pandering. The bar set for Tempus to overcome is really low and I still believe they are going to be better despite the fact that 2 of ILuna might be still salvagable and Tempus having the worst design in the history of hololive.

It's impossible to judge them reasonably before they even debuted. Have to wait at least 1 week after the debut for that. By that time they'll more or less act like themselves.
But if you are asking for a wild guess then it depends on a person who's watching them. Some may like Tempus more, some may like iLuna more. Judging from their PL's, Tempus would be more suitable for people who enjoy reddit-type content while iLuna would be more suitable for normies who aren't even into vtubers.

Kind bitch basic. A lot of "wholesome" twitter memes, but they've done a good job at making it seem genuine. Just seem like a group of average guys who are maybe a bit deep into fandom culture.
