That whole section was pretty funny. First she talks about supporting the holostarts, but then says that she's probably going to sleep through their debuts. She then talked about how she's patriotic and wants them to do well and succeed, but then she talks about how she doesn't watch male vtubers. It mostly seems like she wants to be supportive out of principle, but isn't particularly interested in actually doing anything with them.
