This clip is bullshit. Only massive streamers that specifically signed exclusivity deals with twitch aren't allowed to stream on youtube. Twitch pays an obscene amount of money to their biggest streamers so they don't jump ship. There's no fucking way nazuna has that deal.

the twitch rules are "if you stream on twitch you need to wait 24 hours before you post that full stream or clips of it on another platform (like youtube)"

Obviously this means you aren't supposed to be able to stream on both platforms at the same time.

But as far as i know about twitch rules, there is no rule against partners streaming on youtube instead of twitch.

Kson is being an absolute retard and is talking out of her ass. There is nothing preventing streamers from streaming to youtube. those exclusive deals are only for TOP BIG NAME streamers not vtubers and certainly not someone from Vshojo.

All new/small partners are exclusive to Twitch and required minimum streaming hours on the platform. They all get the same contract/agreement. That's why none of the Hololive or Nijisanji channels are, or ever will be partnered(unless they decide to quit youtube).
Once partners get bigger, that's when they start getting personalized contracts.

I'm guessing Nazuna signed a partner exclusivity deal with Twitch. Kson makes explicitly clear that Nazuna is a partner (not her -- she's just an affiliate) and the context alludes to the fact that she signed some sort of exclusivity deal. Being able to stream on YouTube or not depends on the partner contract you sign with Twitch. Most partners may be allowed to go to YouTube, but some (in this case, likely Nazuna), that will not be the case. Nazuna can still upload videos and VODs, but just cannot stream.

mikeneko streamed on youtube a few days ago, so I assume it's only the vtuber in question and does not affect any alt accounts or roomates. But nazuna, as with kson are both in vshojo, so vshojo probably has a group contract that affects all of their streamers.

It's perfectly possible for this to occur if she managed to negotiate bigger cuts from twitch. If she negotiated a 70% cut instead of the usual 50%, she would have to only stream on twitch, she can maybe upload her vods to YT or clips to YT but she wouldn't be allowed to stream on YT.
Depending on other things, she may not even be able to upload to YT at all if say, her sponsorships don't allow for it, which would have probably been signed by vshojo management and not her.
Lastly, knowing how high her IQ is, it wouldn't surprise me if she herself signed a couple things without reading.

by default, twitch partners can stream on both platforms as long as the content is exclusive to each other
no streaming the same stream to both platforms at the same time
clips on youtube are allowed afterwards
different contracts can still change this but it isn’t that hard to negotiate, bigger streamers have more bargaining power but any sized channel can apply for bigger cuts

The keyword is "Partner". Twitch partners may not stream anywhere else. Affiliates may twitch on other sites, but not at the same time. If Nazuna streams on youtube it will violate her contract with twitch.

Yeah, Pikamee almost screwed up and got partnered with Twitch. I saw her talking about it once not too long ago.
They can however get permission to do it on special occasions like Mouse does milestone celebrations on YouTube sometimes.

Mouse is not even top 200 this month, plus the subathon was a crazy one-time milestone. I’ve seen her jump around, but she can be top 30-100+ which is still amazing. Big streamers on twitch literally pull 6 digit views easy. Vtubers in general are still niche no matter how big in any platform. Either way it’s stupid to worry for streamers, because twitch streamers are well off with 1k viewers already, but sponsors really help in that regard.
