Mori is an ironic weeb, Kiara is an unironic weeb, their interests don't align at all.
Kiara is actually a hard worker, whereas Mori just repeats that she is a hard worker until people parrot it as a fact, despite the reality that everything she does is low effort and is capable to do it while heavily drunk.
The other major thing is probably who Mori tends to keep around herself, Kiara probably doesn't want to deal with men drama.
