In Niji's eyes, all of them now should have same level as their mid-tier (Hana Macchia) and low-tier JP streamers, so probably not unfair in their eyes. They don't bring money, Niji not making merchs for them. Its "fair"..... in a vacuum.

Well anyway, at least those fans will no longer need to pay expensive shippings.

That's because there's a chance that any graduation of ex-ID will create a domino effect. Also, there'll be a backlash from already rabid ex-ID fandom, since most of them refuse to accept the message with their heart, even though it's logical.

IN fandom is essentially non-existent.

Yes, ex-ID fandom isn't that big, but they're militant. They're attached to ex-ID talents strongly. To push ex-ID out from Nijisanji is essentially to rob ex-ID fandom of their happiness, so they'll react strongly. I won't underestimate them if I'm an ANYCOLOR guy.

Also, I heard that in Japanese business culture, people will not be outright fired when their performance is unsatisfactory and become a burden. Instead, they'll create an environment that sends him/her the message that they're unwanted so he/she will resign. It'll make sense when you connect the dots. That doesn't include how the investors and will-be investors of ANYCOLOR will react.
