Getting a UK-friendly time usually means having it during work hours for NA, and most people aren't watching streams at work. If they have to pick one continent or the other, they are probably gonna pick the one they live in because it is easier on their real life schedule. So the complaint should be them not hiring more Europeans to cover your timeslots.
