AZKi is easily the best singer, no contest.
Sora is pretty inconsistent, sometimes she keeps her more nasally Sora voice while singing and sometimes she doesn't. She has good range though, I think when she hits she's close to AZKi level. Gura is even more inconsistent than Sora and has terrible range but she's second to none when she hits. Suisei is good but not great. Risu never sings but from the little I've heard she seems about on par with Suisei if not a bit better.
with proper training I think Gura could probably move up to AZKi tier as a singer, she has the voice for it, AZKi doesn't have the best range either. Risu could be great also, but she never sings so I doubt she'd be up for the work. Sora and Suisei (and AZKi) clearly work the hardest on their singing but they don't have the same talent.
Sora is the cutest though
