From a quick look it is probably the same person, but I don't care enough to look too deeply into Twitter schizos to confirm. I was there when Himepen was getting cancelled, and I remember that there was an unnecessarily long Google doc about her that was obviously biased and manipulative, full of unnecessary information instead of getting to the actual point.
I'm not too surprised that they turned out to be an actual unhinged schizo who gets off on cancelling others.
